About Emi

Emi was a bright light with an imagination as big as her heart. Diagnosed with an extremely rare de novo gene mutation on her second chromosome, she faced complex neuromuscular and gastrointestinal challenges that required countless procedures, therapies, and hospital stays. Yet through it all, Emi had a remarkable gift for finding beauty and fun in the hardest places. Her strength, courage, and creativity continue to guide us and inspire the heart of Emi’s Comfort.
